Customer Service Policies
|

Shopping is easy at Baxter Chemical. We have
designed the website to be very simple to use.
You can either click the categories on the left
hand panel of each page, or enter a keyword
of the item you need in our search box. When
you find the item you wish to purchase, simply
add it to your shopping cart. When you have
completed shopping, click the checkout button
to pay for your purchase. Baxter Chemical accepts
Visa/MasterCard, & Discover.
At Baxter Chemical, we do our best to provide
the most accurate and timely information on
our products and services. Due to the fact that
our site uses a very high degree of electronics
automation, software, and human contact, it
is possible that an occasional error or errors
may appear on our site. In the event of such
error(s), Baxter Chemical has the absolute right
to disallow any transaction by a user of the
Baxter Chemical business or website, in which
Baxter Chemical would be adversely affected.
That may include the cancellation of order(s)
placed with our company, as well as the cancellation
of an order(s) following its shipment and/or
receipt by our customer(s).
We reserve the right at any time to collect
from customers, the value of any amount(s) received
unjustly due to errors or omissions on the Baxter
Chemical Website, products shipped in error
or otherwise.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

Special order items typically take longer to
receive than items stocked at our warehouse
locations, as they are often shipped directly
from the manufacturer to you. Delivery may take
anywhere from 2-3 weeks in some cases. Please
email us or give us a call for more details.
Due to the nature of these products any cancellation
must be received within 24 hours and no returns
are permitted.

Nearly all products available
from Baxter Chemical can be shipped via DHL,
FedEx or UPS. There are some orders in which
the combined product weight exceeds the shipping
weight allowed by these carriers. In addition,
some products are not permitted by DHL, FedEx
and UPS due to the product's length or chemical
composition. As a result, all submitted orders
to Baxter Chemical will be charged to the customer.
However, in the instances where freight costs
can not be calculated, Baxter Chemical will
contact the customer to arrange alternative
shipping solutions (e.g. freight). Baxter Chemical
will bill the customer the shipping charges
not calculated through the online store. Baxter
Chemical is not able to ship liquid or aerosol
products to APO/FPO locations.

All unopened products purchased
at Baxter Chemical can be returned within
10 days of your receipt provided you have
an authorized return merchandise number from
our customer support department. Returns and
exchanges are not accepted for the following
items: floor machines, perishable items. You

or email directly to customerservice@baxterchemical.com.
Product returns are subject
to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping fees and
special handling fees are non-refundable.
Orders that are not charged for shipping are
subject to original shipping cost of delivery.
The refunded amount will be issued to the
same form of payment originally used for the
purchase. For orders placed in error, the
cost and responsibility to ship the product
back to Baxter Chemical shall be that of the
customers.

Orders cannot be canceled once
submitted. Due to our commitment to process
orders quickly, once the checkout process
is completed our warehouse is immediately
notified to pick and pack the order for shipment.
The only exceptions to this are products from
our outdoors category. Cancellation for outdoor
product s must either be called in directly
or we must receive notification in writing
within 24 hours of the order being placed
to avoid any additional shipping cost.
